Marinko's style has always been singularly unto himself.  Sure he's influenced by the great makers that have come before, but he carves with his own voice and the results are often stunning.  While it isn't very difficult to buck the canon of great shapes, it is hard to come up with a practical smoker that looks this good when you do.  This blowfish has a swath of panel running under the heel channelled up and around the rim, with a light sandblast finish in a slightly darker tone of tan.  Capped at the shank with a thick piece of fordite and a mortice sleeved with delrin, this sturdy cross grained blonde beauty isn't just a celebration of asymmetry, it has been built to pass down from generation to generation.
